How do I return an item?
The original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original packing slip.

We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Nestore does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We do not accept exchanges after 7 days of the delivery.

Nestore will refund any item(s), which have been damaged, expired or used prior to arrival to the customer within 7 days of delivery.

Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s), applicable taxes and shipping and handling costs.

Please allow at least two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
